Shipping and Delivery


All orders over $100 shipping to the United States ship FREE with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground shipping.

Orders under $100 are charged shipping rates based on the size of the package - which are always as competitive as possible. You will be able to choose a shipping method at checkout. 

 

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt. 

Standard Delivery time is 2-5 days, with most packages delivered in 2-3 days. See the map below for more details. 

International shipping can take up to 4 weeks to deliver with standard delivery. You will have the option to choose expedited delivery for an additional fee at checkout. 

How will I know when my order has shipped?

As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email with tracking information to keep an eye on its progress

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International orders are charged shipping based on the item's weight. We offer shipping from USPS, UPS, and DHL. You will be able to choose between standard and expedited shipping at checkout. 

Please keep in mind that due to various customs delays we have seen in the past, standard delivery dates using USPS (usually the least expensive option) can be up to 6 weeks for international orders. Should your international shipment experience delays, please contact us at service@zeal-living.com. We will do everything in our power to speed your shipment along, but we cannot take responsibility for customs and shipping delays outside of our control. The best way to avoid this is to use DHL or UPS, as they have their own customs clearance systems in place to prevent delays. 


Returns and Exchanges


What is your return policy? 

We appreciate your order with us, and we want you to be happy! Here is our policy:

  • Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted within a 30 day window
  • Items must be in unused and undamaged condition. Damaged or used returns will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
  • All sale items are not refundable
  • Once we have received your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days

We've made it easy for you to request a return and send back an order. 

Here are your options: 

  1. Return your item for store credit, with free return shipping using a label we will email you
  2. Return your item for a refund, minus the cost of return shipping using a label we will email you 
  3. Exchange your item with free shipping using a label we will email you

    Ordering as a Gift


    I would like to send my order as a gift, can you include a note?

    With pleasure. Type your message in the notes section of your shopping cart, and we will be happy to include a handwritten note with your order. 

    Do you gift wrap?

    Our orders are shipped in simple and elegant packaging, and we are happy to include a special note with your order, but we do not offer gift wrapping at this time. 


    What is your privacy policy?


    Your information is kept strictly between us, and will never be sold to a third party. Provided information will only be used for transaction and shipping purposes.

    How is your credit card processing server secured?
